Yousa Law values the privacy and data security of its users. This Privacy Policy describes how the Yousa Law app collects, uses, and protects the information you provide.

 

    1. Restricted Access
       The Yousa Law app is not open to the general public. Access is granted exclusively by invitation, with login credentials provided directly by Yousa Law to its clients and partners.

    2. Data Collection and Permissions
       To enable its core features, the app requests the following permissions:
      Camera: Required solely for capturing and validating documents. Users use the camera to take photos of documents that need to be uploaded to the platform. Storage (if applicable): To select documents already stored on the device for upload.

    3. Use of Information
       The data collected (document images and login information) is used strictly for:
      Identity verification and procedural document validation. Provision of legal and administrative services by Yousa Law. Authentication of access to the app's secure environment.

    4. Data Sharing and Storage
       Captured documents are transmitted in encrypted form to Yousa Law's servers. We do not share personal data or documents with third parties, except when strictly necessary for the execution of contracted legal services or as required by law.

    5. Security
       We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Access to the app is protected by individual and non-transferable credentials.

    6. Your Rights
       Since access is granted by corporate invitation, users may request the deletion of their data or revocation of access by contacting Yousa Law administration directly at: tech@yousalaw.com

    7. Changes to this Policy
       We reserve the right to update this policy periodically. We recommend reviewing this document regularly.
